Farmers National Company out of Omaha sold 160 acres of Cedar County, Nebraska farmland at public auction on March 4, 2016.  This farm is located north of Laurel.  It had a 28 by 40 metal building.  This highly tillable farm sold for $7,250 per acre.

Pasture with two dams and a well was sold at public on March 3, 2016 by Farmers National Company.  The sale involved 145.86 acres.  The sale included 12.86 acres of dry cropland.  This farm is located west of Creighton in the southwest part of Knox County, Nebraska.  The top bid was $1,640 per acre.

Farmers National Company out of Omaha sold 231.55 acres of Burt County, Nebraska land at public auction on March 1, 2016.  The west 151.55 acres sold for $9,500 per acre.  This tract was pivot irrigated.  The east 80 acres sold for $7,000 per acre.

An upland tract of 94.5 acres located southwest of Ceresco in the south part of Saunders County, Nebraska was sold by Home Real Estate out of Wahoo on February 29, 2016.  The top bid at the auction was $5,300 per acre.

Jack Nitz & Associates out of Fremont sold 120 acres at public auction on February 27, 2016.  This Saunders County farm was sold as two tracts.  It is located east of Wahoo in the central part of the county.  The farm of 114.5 acres sold for $8,600 per acre.  It was irrigated with two center pivots and the pivots were included in the sale.  The building site of 5.5 acres sold for $105,000.

The Pathfinder Company out of Fremont sold 60 acres of Burt County, Nebraska land at public auction on February 26, 2016.  This farm is located southwest of Oakland.  This nearly level tract of second bottom sold for $10,500 per acre.

A rolling upland farm in the north part of Saunders County was sold by Home Real Estate on February 26, 2016.  The 80 acre tract sold for $6,200 per acre.

Home Real Estate out of Wahoo sold 120 acres at public auction on February 24, 2016.  This rolling farm is located north of Wahoo in the central part of Saunders County, Nebraska.  The north 40 sold for $6,000 per acre.  The south 80 sold for $6,600 per acre.

A pivot irrigated farm in Fillmore County, Nebraska sold for $8,100 per acre on February 24, 2016 by Farmers National Company.  The center pivot and motor were not included in the sale.  This farm is located northwest of Milligan.

Two pivot irrigated quarters were sold by Brad Elting & Co. at public auction on February 23, 2016.  One quarter sold for $9,000 per acre and the other quarter sold for $8,500 per acre.  The land sold with the center pivots.  The power units and fuel tanks were not included.  These farms are located east of Carleton in the northwest pat of Thayer County, Nebraska.

A combination pasture and cropland farm was sold at public auction on February 22, 2016 by Schaben Real Estate out of Dunlap.  This irregular shaped tract is located east of Magnolia in the central part of Harrison County, Iowa.  This rolling to rough farm sold for $2,700 per acre.

Home Real Estate sold 80 acres at public auction on February 19, 2016.  This nearly level farm is located two miles southeast of Cedar Bluffs in the north part of Saunders County.  The 75.50 acres of farmland sold for $8,500 per acre.  The center pivot did not go with the sale.  The farmstead was sold off for $94,000.

Farmers National Company sold 200 acres of Otoe County, Nebraska farmland at public auction on February 17, 2016.  The farm is located southwest of Douglas.  It was offered as two tracts.  The west 160 acres sold for $4,800 per acre.  The east 40 acres sold for $5,400 per acre.

United Country out of Lincoln sold 141.61 acres in Cass County, Nebraska at public auction on February 3, 2016.  This nearly level to rolling tract sold for $6,200 per acre.  It is located around one mile west of Union.

An irrigated farm in Fillmore County, Nebraska was sold at public auction on January 28, 2016 by Farmers National Company for $9,200 per acre.  This farm is located off the northeast corner of Geneva in the central part of the county.  This irregular shaped tract consists of around 121 acres.

Jim Hughes Real Estate out of Glenwood, Iowa sold 384.61 acres of Page County, Iowa land at public auction on January 19, 2016.  It was offered as three tracts.  Tract 1 consisted of 172.76 acres of bottomlands and uplands.  This improved tract sold for $6,650 per acre.  Tract 2 consisted of bottomlands.  This 63.64 acre tract sold for $6,375 per acre.  Tract 3 consists of rolling uplands.  The 148.21 acres sold for $5,500 per acre.

Around 199 acres along Walnut Creek in the northeast part of Fremont County, Iowa was sold at public auction by George Crawford and Joe Nebel out of Clarinda on January 15, 2016.  This property was offered as two tracts.  The west tract of 143.25 acres sold at $6,600 per acre.  The east tract of 56.05 acres sold at $6,200 per acre.

A rolling upland farm in southern Pawnee County, Nebraska sold for $4,300 per acre.  The 315.24 acre farm was offered at public auction on January 14, 2016 by Farmers National Company.

Hertz Farm Management sold 55 acres in Washington County, Nebraska by private treaty for $7,900 per acre.  This sale closed in January of 2016.  This rolling upland tract is located south of Fort Calhoun.

McCall Auction and Realty out of Onawa sold 80 acres in Harrison County, Iowa on January 9, 2016 at public auction.  It sold for $6,250 per acre.  This unimproved tract is located northwest of Little Sioux.  It consists largely of heavy bottomland soils.

A 68.98 acre farm in the southeast part of Harrison County, Iowa sold for $6,700 per acre on January 7, 2016.  This rolling farm was offered by Schaben Real Estate out of Dunlap, Iowa.  It is located southwest of Portsmouth.

Schaben Real Estate sold a 158 acre farm in Cherokee County, Iowa sold at public auction on December 17, 2015 for $9,900 per acre.  This rolling upland farm was is located south of Marcus.

A pasture located northeast of Missouri Valley sold at public auction on December 12, 2015 for $3,800 per acre.  This rolling to rough tract was offered by Spencer Auction Company out of Logan.  It is located in the south part of Harrison County, Iowa.

Randy Pryor Real Estate out of Woodbine sold 310 acres of Harrison County, Iowa irrigated cropland at public auction on December 9, 2015.  The price was $5,200 per acre.  The sale included two center pivots and two grain bins.  This farm is located around two miles north of Mondamin in the west part of the county.  It largely consists of heavy bottomland soils.

The Acre Company out of Spencer sold 308.92 acres of Harrison County, Iowa farmland at public auction on December 3, 2015.  The price was $4,000 per acre.  The sale included the center pivot.  This farm is located west of Modale in the west part of the county.  It has the reputation of having poor quality soil.  It has heavy bottomlands that have a tendency to be wet and sandy ground that is droughty.

A bottomland farm along the Nemaha River to the southwest of Falls City in Richardson County, Nebraska was sold at public auction on December 17, 2015 by Farmers National Company.  This 184.41 acre farm was offered as three tracts that ranged in price from $4,500 to $7,000 per acre.

Spencer Auction Company sold 113.39 acres in the north part of Pottawattamie County, Iowa for $8,900 per acre on October 24, 2015.  The rolling farm is located around three miles west of Hancock.
